Exclusive Use & Accommodation

Sandfontein operates on an exclusive-use basis only: only one party at a time enjoys private access to the 97,000-hectare reserve, the main Sandfontein Lodge, its suites, and the Lost Poet Villa.

• Sandfontein Lodge: Features 5 suites accommodating up to 10 guests (includes 1 standalone suite set further apart for enhanced privacy).

• The Lost Poet Villa: Located 5 km from the main lodge, accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms.

  Layout Note: One of the bathrooms at the villa is a Jack and Jill bathroom, featuring shared access between two adjacent bedrooms.

• Booking Flexibility: Groups may choose to stay in the lodge suites, the Lost Poet Villa, or a combination of both.

   

Rate Inclusions

Accommodation, all reserve activities, all meals, soft drinks, selection of local wines/beers/spirits, laundry services, Wi-Fi, 15% Namibian VAT, Government Tourism Levy (1%) and Environment Levy (1%).

Rate Exclusions

International airfare, domestic charter flights, vehicle rental, off-reserve sightseeing excursions, medical/travel insurance and discretionary staff gratuities.

 

Child Policy:

• Ages 0–5: Stay free of charge.

• Ages 6–15: Receive a 50% discount off the applicable adult rate.
