TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Our rates are fully inclusive and include:
One daily scheduled activity
Soft drinks, local beers and house wines
Daily cleaning and laundry services
15% Namibian VAT
Government Tourism Levy: a compulsory Government Tourism Levy of 1% of the Fully Inclusive Rate, net of Commission and before VAT
Environment Levy: an Environment Levy of 1% of the Rate, net of Commission and before VAT
Our rates exclude:
Extra daily activities
Hard spirits and listed wines
International air fare, domestic charter
Sight-seeing trips outside the reserve
Insurance and medical coverage
Gratuities and staff tips
Children 0-9 years of age stay free of charge. A child rate applies for children aged 10-15 years. 16+ years are charged the adult rate.
All individual bookings are provisional until the requested 25% deposit is received.
Payments for confirmed bookings will be taken using your credit card details within 48 hours of making the reservation. You will be asked to give your approval for us to charge your card for the outstanding balance 60 days prior to arrival.
Payment can also be done via bank transfer. A copy of the deposit slip or confirmation must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org as proof of payment. Please allow enough time for the payment to clear.
Unfortunately we do not accept cheques as payment.
Once a booking is confirmed, the following charges will apply should you need to cancel:
Up to 28 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total booking
27-14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking
13-8 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total booking
7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking
We recommend that you arrange holiday insurance to cover the cost of your stay in the face of any unforeseen eventualities.
